Twenty telehealth brands are built. We need the people who'll run them.

LastStop is looking for founders and operators to run its brands. You bring the commitment to grow a site. The seven-figure platform behind it is already done.

20founding seats, and half may go fast

A discounted seat in a venture that's already moving.

You join as a founding partner in an established brand with 20+ properties already through launch prep. They sit on HIPAA-compliant hosting and are mostly waiting on domain names. Payment processing, physicians and pharmacy plug in through the group's options or your own.

Founding partners get in at 80–90% below what this would cost to build alone: a seven-figure platform, a ready-made brand, and no platform license fee. For a founding seat, that alone is the deal.

The plan: fill the first LastStop Village with 20 founding sites. We run the first three ourselves. A founding seat is your site in that Village, not the whole company; the terms, including what you own, are set in a written agreement, and we walk through them on a call.

What sinks telehealth brands, and what the platform does about it.

Advertising

Buying patients profitably.

Industry guides put paid-social acquisition for GLP-1 telehealth at roughly $25–$150 per customer by channel. Rimo

Platform: the growth engine makes ads and landing pages per brand, checks them for compliance, and backs paid ads with an organic network of ~2,000 aged accounts. The model plans on $300 per paying patient, well above those benchmarks.

Staffing

Payroll that outruns revenue.

Medvi, a GLP-1 telehealth brand, reported $401M in 2025 sales with two employees and AI tools, per The New York Times. Summary

Platform: Atlas handles carts, follow-ups, triage and drafting with humans approving. Planning model: ~6.5 staff at 1,000 patients versus ~22 conventionally.

Compliance

Regulators shutting sites down.

In September 2025 FDA sent about 100 cease-and-desist letters and thousands of warnings over misleading drug ads, and named telehealth firms for the first time. Holland & Knight

Platform: ClaimRight scans every page, ad and email before it publishes. It has already audited 300+ brands in this space.

Capital

The platform eats the launch budget.

A developer alone costs a median ~$136K/yr before benefits (U.S. BLS). Planning ranges for a scratch-built compliant platform run $200K to $1M+ and 6–18 months. BLS

Platform: already built and owned. Founding partners pay no platform license fee, and their entry is 80–90% below a custom build.

Payments

High-risk processing.

High-risk processors commonly hold 5–10% of sales for about 180 days, and can close accounts quickly. Merchant Cost Consulting

Platform: several high-risk processors live at once through Remi's processing relationships, so one pause doesn't stop revenue.

A longer reserve hold (180 days instead of 3 months) delays when cash comes back. It doesn't change profit, but it would raise the most cash at risk. Have better data? Industry veterans and researchers who can source or challenge any line here are exactly who we want to hear from.

ContributorsTime and skills instead of capital

Twenty founding seats. Half could go fast.

It takes one or two strong results in the first 90 days to raise demand. Later partners may face license and infrastructure fees, possibly mid-six figures for limited access. Founding partners won't.

Lit: the first ten founding seats. Blueprint: seats that may be withdrawn if demand surges, and may never be released.

New online brands

Fresh telemedicine sites on the shared platform.

Absorb existing practices

Move practices from older software onto the platform and the community.

Physical clinics

Clinics staffed by physicians who use the same tools.

The other shoe: you're not really paying for it.

Your whole budget goes into your own site's advertising. The only extra is a one-time setup fee: + $5K at $50K, + $8K at $100K and + $20K at $200K. It covers your setup and the hookups: payment processors, physician network and pharmacy connections.

So the platform costs you next to nothing. Most of your money funds the same advertising you would need to buy on your own, except here it runs on a seven-figure platform from day one.

From the founder

An open invitation.

I'm looking for sales reps and people who want to help promote a project that's about to launch. What follows is the preliminary sales information. If you have experience selling telemedicine platforms or working with peptides, or can provide grounded research for the numbers here, that would be extremely helpful.

I'm confident in these numbers from inside the high-risk card processing space. But people outside that world deserve outside proof. I want to point to a third party and say "they said it," not "trust me."

What I'm putting in

A state-of-the-art, seven-figure platform with all the bells and whistles. It's a living platform that improves almost every week, and every foundational partner benefits from each upgrade. The most recent was Atlas AI, added in the last 30 days and given to all partners without a discussion, never mind a price tag.

The 20 initial sites are already built and deployed on HIPAA-compliant hosting. They integrate with multiple pharmacies, multiple physician networks and EHR connections, with feature lists matched against the best competitors in the space. You're not buying into an imaginary process or a code base that still has to go through the motions.

What I'm asking for

Founding partners become the face of their site. You put down your entry, plus your time and commitment to growing your site. There's no platform license fee, and your whole budget goes into your site's advertising. The only extra is a one-time setup fee: $5K at $50K, $8K at $100K, $20K at $200K. I want a commitment to proactive growth, not a few extra dollars in my bank account.

Preliminary entry is 80–90% below the true cost. Greed isn't driving this. The goal is to grow the brand and build something together with partners willing to take on this adventure with me.

Why this is a shortcut

Most new telehealth businesses spend their startup capital on expenses that keep them unprofitable for 6, 12 or 18 months. Here, most of a partner's capital goes back into growth, and the model shows the books turning black within months. How fast depends on the size of the commitment. Real results still have to prove that out.

Newcomers are welcome to start a fresh property, or to move over from a platform that lacks these tools, this support, or a community. We start with new telemedicine brands, move into absorbing existing practices, and eventually reach physical clinics staffed by doctors who benefit from the same tools.

Everyone is welcome to contribute

I'm looking for sales, support, partners and owners, and team members who can't contribute financially but will put in time, effort and other resources to earn their place. Above all, the numbers need support. Industry veterans and novices alike: if you'll roll up your sleeves and help with the research, reach out.

Everyone should go in with complete information about what's built, what's pending, and what's still a dream. That's why the full platform site shows and explains virtually every screen.

On competitors

I'd like to hear from larger players and potential partners in this space too. We're walking the same path and facing the same problems, and there will be far more against us outside our group than within it. I'm happy to offer what we build internally to partners and collaborators to cement relationships. There's no such thing as a direct competitor, only someone building the same tools and running into the same problems. That sounds more like a team than a rivalry. If the other side sees it differently, may the best man or woman win.

We're planning from the first day as if it were the last. Speed is our greatest asset, attention to detail keeps it from becoming a pain point, and the goal is to shock and awe with this year's progress. If anyone doubts that, I kindly ask them to check back in every 30 days.
